Niamh McNamara, PhD

Niamh McNamara recently completed her PhD at the University of Edinburgh, where she studied the role of microglia in regulating myelin health and integrity throughout the lifespan. She is now pursuing postdoctoral research at the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience, studying myelin regeneration in multiple sclerosis. Niamh has a keen interest in science communication.
